Request that computer access for the above user be allowed during the period ending on the expiry date. All usage will be at the scale of charges as agreed with the customer and Advanced Research Computing.
Acknowledge that they have read and understood the conditions of use attached and agree that the work submitted by the User to Advanced Research Computing shall be undertaken subject to the said conditions of use.
Agree that the username and/or password issued to the User by Advanced Research Computing are for his/her personal use. (Except with written approval of the Authorising Officer and the Deputy Principal (Information Technology), usernames and passwords may not be disclosed to other people. Unauthorised disclosure will result in cancellation of the account.)
